• "Licensor" — the creator and owner of Christicons.
• "You" — any individual or legal entity exercising the rights granted under this License.
• "Project" — any application, website, print work, video, or other end product in which icons are incorporated.
• "Collection" — a set of icons distributed primarily as icons, regardless of format, packaging, or accompanying tools.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Licensor grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

• Use the icons in any personal or commercial Project;
• Modify, resize, recolor, or otherwise adapt the icons to fit your needs;
• Incorporate modified or unmodified icons into your Projects without restriction;
• Use the icons without providing attribution to Christicons or its Licensor.

The following uses are not permitted under this License:

• No redistribution as a Collection. You may not redistribute, publish, sell, license, or otherwise make available the icons — whether original or modified — as a standalone icon set, icon library, icon pack, or similar Collection. This applies regardless of format (SVG, PNG, font, sprite sheet, etc.) and regardless of whether the redistribution is free or paid.
• No use for AI training. You may not use the icons, whether original or modified, as training data, fine-tuning data, or evaluation data for machine learning or artificial intelligence models of any kind.
• No trademark use. You may not use the Christicons name, logo, or brand identity in any way that suggests endorsement or official association without prior written permission from the Licensor.

Attribution is not required. You are welcome to credit Christicons in your project, but you are under no obligation to do so.

The icons are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the icons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the icons, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this License shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
